Anon - sounds like a total 'meh' response. Allergic to some items, like what? If you're allergic are you going to order it? Perfume? Oh please... More of a this is the easiest thing to do and we're not changing it. I did get frustrated this past week when there seemed to be no shampoos available, but overall I agree with you. I will keep using the service.

Torally agree about the plastic bag thing, it is beyond ridiculous! I have asked Coles about reusable bages, using boxes etc etc, but their issue is it has to come down to some folk may be allergic to some items and some perfumes so impossible to do. Bleh!
Also I hate with a vengeance the lack of brands available for online - we are being herded to using Coles/generic brands and I thoroughly despise the subtle push to brand elimination.
Otherwise, love it!

I wish they did it over here. Just not bringing your kids along would save a bundle - I vividly remember getting to the check out line and finding the goodies that you and your brother managed to sneak into the cart.
