Mooselet Musings: Happy Birthday

The Cast

Mooselet - 40 year old relocated Yank and Registered Nurse, now living Down Under in beautiful Brisbane. All credit, praise, accolades, money and/or blame for this blog belongs to her.
The Hermit - Husband of Mooselet, rarely seen by others to the point where his existence is doubted by non-believers.
Miss Thing - 18 year old First Daughter. Returned home after a brief stint of living on her own, now trying to sort herself out whilst simultaneously changing nothing.
Sparky - 15 year old First Son. If it doesn't involve sports, electronics and now girls it's not worthy of his time.
Her Majesty - 6 year old Second Daughter. Loves going to school, playing football and playing with her friends.
Clive - 3 year old Second Son. A Daddy's Boy of increasing words and fewer screams.
Westy - Adopted ex-racing greyhound, who loves nothing more than a snooze on the couch.
