"Balance" Is Bullshit
Someday, journalists will figure out that not every story needs "balance". That 2+2=4 does not need to be "balanced" by someone who thinks 2+2=5. Because that person is, clearly, stupid.
My favourite line: "Science knows it doesn't know everything, otherwise it would stop."

Our commentators of the political persuasion are balanced through the sheer weight of their formidable double chins. Really. It's like ballast on a hot air balloon. Or, in Glenn Beck's case, his enormous inflated ear lobes, which also act as swimmy wings.

AMEN! There is no balance between correct and incorrect. Evolution and creation for example. Drives me nuts, the media obsession with 'balance'.
